Responsibilities
Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g., a minimum call per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio, and promises kept
Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist delinquent customers
Ensure that all delinquent accounts and assigned queues have been thoroughly worked according to standardized collection procedures
Previous Bilingual customer service, collections, or sales experience is highly preferred
Qualification
Required
All candidates must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontracted
