They are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO who will play a crucial role in strategy, operations, and communication, translating company priorities into execution plans and ensuring accountability across leadership.

Responsibilities
Partner directly with the CEO on company-wide priorities, strategic initiatives, and long-term planning
Prepare materials for board meetings, investors, and key stakeholders
Act as a thought partner on complex decisions and tradeoffs
Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Track progress against company goals and ensure accountability across leadership
Identify execution gaps, risks, and bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions
Translate strategy into clear execution plans and internal communications
Run leadership meetings, operating cadences, and offsites
Ensure strong information flow between the CEO, leadership team, and broader organization
Lead special projects such as fundraising support, go-to-market initiatives, partnerships, product launches, and internal process improvements
Step in as an operator wherever the business needs leverage most
Qualification
Required
3-5 plus years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, or senior operational roles at high-growth companies
Proven ability to work directly with senior executives and influence without authority
Strong strategic thinking paired with high-quality execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information
Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Preferred
Experience at a high-growth startup or scaling technology company
Exposure to fundraising, board interactions, or investor relations
Background in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS
