Responsibilities

Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, motions, and other legal documents
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods
Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as needed
Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to construction defect claims
Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding their cases and potential outcomes
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in CO

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
