Responsibilities
Responding to email help tickets and maintaining/improving the help ticket system
Writing and updating support documentation
Learning the VAN CRM and using it to provide strategic advice to campaigns, county parties, and other users
Creating VAN accounts and managing the invoicing process
Other data/tech duties to support geographies/districts, including VAN administration, creating phone banks, managing texting programs, and more
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in VAN/VoteBuilder
Strong skills in managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively train staff, communicate with volunteers, and present data findings
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to changing circumstances
Understanding of excellent customer service
Familiarity with other relevant tools such as Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and potentially other campaign tools like Act Blue or ThruText
Preferred
Experience using FreshDesk, Airtable, and/or Asana is a plus
