Wavecrest Growth Partners is a fast-growing company seeking a Recruiter to build high-performing teams that drive data-driven products and growth. The Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, and focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles, with an initial focus on GTM positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and design effective interview processes
Deliver against hiring goals while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
Proactively source, engage, and nurture passive talent to build diverse, high-quality pipelines
Use recruiting metrics and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and inform decision-making
Share market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring progress with stakeholders on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house or high-growth environment
Experience managing multiple requisitions across different role types simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools to attract and engage passive talent
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
Comfort navigating offer discussions and understanding candidate motivators
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
