Responsibilities
负责美洲实验室、外仓、翻包、售后（如储能产品客户现场安装）及CATU办公室等非制造业务的EHS工作，提供专业指导和培训，进行定期检查，推动整改措施的及时落实，并验证整改效果，确保EHS管理的有效运行和持续改进；
协助集团制定美洲地区非制造业务EHS整体业务规划，并负责业务工作的推动执行和整体管理；
负责承接集团技术、体系标准在美洲非制造基地的导入、内化和执行，监督落地及有效性；
与跨团队紧密合作，包括AMD、PMC、QA和HR等，推动集团重大安全项在美洲的问题解决；
协调美洲地区非制造业务各现场安全审核工作，包括新租场所的准入审核、运营场所的年度审核以及监督指导应急演练等业务；
负责美洲地区非制造业务EHS关键绩效指标（KPI）的制定、跟踪与报告，定期向集团汇报区域EHS绩效及改进情况；
协助美洲地区非制造业务EHS相关事故/事件的调查、根因分析、经验反馈及整改措施制定，确保事故教训横向推广。同时，导入其他地区的事故横展
跟踪美洲地区非制造业务相关法律法规及行业标准变化，评估合规风险并推动相应调整
负责岗位职责相关的EHS预算的编制、执行与控制
根据集团EHS的业务需求，参与美洲LRS项目的现场支持；
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree or above
Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to promote and communicate and cooperate across departments
Strong self-driving ability and adaptability, strong sense of goal and result orientation
Good EHS skills, strong planning and foresight for work, and strong execution
Able to adapt to business trips and require fluent spoken English
At least 3 years working experience in EHS
Preferred
American ASP/CSP/OSHA qualification certificate is preferred
Working experience in large lithium battery enterprises and chemical manufacturing industry is preferred
