Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage scheduling for attorneys and staff
Maintain client files, records, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with basic administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and mail distribution
Support case management by entering and updating client information in office databases
Handle incoming documents and route them to the appropriate team member
Coordinate with legal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualification
Required
Previous office or receptionist experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Professional communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office and office management software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn
