Identity Security Project Lead & Enablement Manager

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end strategic and operational leadership for identity security programs and initiatives
Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, risks, and success metrics
Lead technical implementations of enterprise identity and access management (IAM/CIAM) platforms
Drive “metrics that matter” to measure adoption, security posture, and program effectiveness
Develop and maintain project management artifacts, including work breakdown structures, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk documentation
Leverage AI/ML-driven approaches to enhance identity verification, fraud detection, and data quality in enterprise environments
Prepare and deliver executive briefings, dashboards, and data-driven narratives for senior stakeholders
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including security, engineering, product, and business partners
Identify risks and dependencies proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of overall relevant professional experience
3+ years of experience as an Identity Security Project Lead, Program Manager, or Enablement Manager
3+ years leading technical implementations of identity tools such as Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, or BeyondTrust
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML for identity authentication, fraud detection, or identity data optimization
Strong background in project and program management within complex, enterprise environments
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing across multiple functional teams
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
If the degree is not in a directly applicable field, four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal oversight
Relevant certifications or special credentials may be required based on task-specific needs
