Responsibilities
Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to modernize the contracting lifecycle
Serve as the primary bridge between the Procurement Division and the Legal Division (PBSO)
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value contracts for materials and services
Collaborate with Budget, Accounting, and internal stakeholders to ensure fiscal obligations are met and performance milestones are hit
Act as the watchdog for contract performance, ensuring all parties remain in strict compliance with both local regulations and the specific 'fine print' of the agreement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Emphasis in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a legal-related field
A minimum of eight (8) years of dedicated experience in contract management
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating complex contract management software
Deep understanding of both public and private procurement methods, even if your primary focus is the legal/contractual side rather than sourcing
Preferred
Certifications preferred – CPCM, CFCM or CCCM
