Responsibilities
Assist Customer Service department with quotes and sales orders
Make outbound phone calls and in person customer visits
Meet KPI's in production, quality, inventory control, and shipping orders
Safely load delivery vehicles, and make local deliveries as needed
Communicate with managers from multiple departments on a daily basis to ensure tasks have been completed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Microsoft Office and Outlook experience; Mac OS experience a plus
Customer Service experience
