They are seeking an Event Coordinator to partner with the development and marketing teams, ensuring the success of multiple fundraising events and donor opportunities throughout the year.

Responsibilities
Create and manage comprehensive event timelines which begin at ideation and end with day of event details
Provide committee support, attend committee meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track RSVPs, and create committee outreach tools
Coordinate all event vendors
Develop a social media plan, e-blasts and execute in collaboration with marketing team
Create PowerPoint presentations
Order and coordinate all giveaways
Manage all event related printing needs including but not limited to invitations, signage, posters, etc
Manage silent auctions, event websites, digital journal, AV, etc
Manage event staff and volunteers at events
Responsible for tracking all sponsors and fulfilling sponsorship deliverables
Strategically plan and execute day of timeline
Occasional evenings or early morning required for committee meetings and events
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to helping to staff summer volunteer days at Sunrise Day Camp – Long Island
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2 years' experience
Candidate must be an energetic, hard-working team player
Detail oriented and deadline driven, with strong organizational skills
Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel to Manhattan and Westchester for occasional meetings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Canva and Mailchimp a plus
Familiarity with online mobile bidding and ticketing software a plus
