Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate customer invoicing
Reconcile vendor statements, corporate credit card activity, and project-level cost reports to maintain clean ledgers
Support month-end close activities: prepare journal entries, post adjustments, and assist with account reconciliations
Maintain project accounting records—track job costs, generate billing support packages, and prepare variance reports for project managers
Operate and maintain ERP/finance systems, upload invoices, code transactions, and troubleshoot workflow exceptions
Prepare documentation for audits and assist finance leadership with ad-hoc financial reports and process improvement initiatives
