Start in 2026 SummerFoothill Ventures is a technology-focused venture fund based in Los Altos, California, seeking a Software Investment Intern for the Summer of 2026. The intern will support the investment team by sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, and performing sector analysis, with the opportunity to manage a deal from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Sourcing, due diligence on deal flow, sector analysis and portfolio support
The intern will function as a VC Associate supporting the investment team, with the potential to run a deal end-to-end
Qualification
Required
Strong strategy and finance skills (preferred previous investment, consulting or product management experience)
Domain knowledge in software (eg., AI, ML, software infrastructure, data infrastructure, DevOps, dev tools, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, vertical applications)
Demonstrated interest in early-stage investing
Aspiration to become full-time VC after graduation
Preferred
Full time during Summer of 2026 (in-person strongly preferred)
We're looking for rising 2nd year MBA students, and PhD candidates
