Project Manager II (JTMPMII)

Information Technology
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate meetings, working groups, and schedules in support of program activities
Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments are visible and met
Prepare and maintain status reports and administrative documentation for leadership review
Support integration and coordination across JTMS branches and multiple supporting contracts
Maintain organized project records and ensure information is accessible and current
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Active SECRET security clearance
Minimum of one (1) year of project coordination or administrative project support experience
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting DoD acquisition or IT programs
Familiarity with government portfolio management, task tracking, or workflow tools
