As a Summer Intern in Commercialization, you will partner with the team to optimize processes and gain insights into product development from concept to customer.

Responsibilities
Assess and analyze current-state processes; identify strengths and opportunities
Develop familiarity with the documented commercialization process & team members involved in each part of the process
Collaborate with key functional leads to build out RACI model for each critical sub-process
Lead and host cross-functional alignment sessions to present proposal for future-state
Develop standard operating processes to create repeatable and efficient processes
Lead and participate in ad hoc projects for the Private label Spices team
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, working toward a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or a related field
Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with Intermediate Excel skills required
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment is required
Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
High level of integrity, confidentiality and data protection are required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required
