The Manager of Medical Education will build and operationalize training infrastructure to support clinical adoption and scientific excellence, focusing on education delivery and program standardization.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of structured education programs including webinars, workshops, training cohorts, and internal clinical training sessions

Support both internal-facing (sales, marketing, clinical, customer success, etc.) and external-facing physician education initiatives

Ensure training programs are clinically accurate, instructionally sound, and aligned with organizational priorities

Own administration and optimization of the learning management system (LMS), including on-demand content, assessments, certifications, and learner pathways

Coordinate production and deployment of digital learning assets (videos, modules, presentations)

Evaluate and implement improvements to digital learning tools to enhance engagement and scalability

Develop and maintain dashboards tracking enrollment, engagement, completion rates, adoption metrics, and learning outcomes

Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

Provide regular reporting to leadership demonstrating educational impact and return on investment

Optimize and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and SOPs for education delivery across internal and external programs

Ensure consistency in content quality, delivery format, and learner experience across all training initiatives

Partner with cross-functional teams to align training operations with organizational processes and timelines

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in neuroscience, medical education, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in medical education, clinical training, scientific program management, or healthcare technology

Proven experience working directly with physicians, faculty, or clinical stakeholders

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, curriculum development, or training analytics

Strong program management, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Preferred

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences)
