Responsibilities
Update and/or develop new Flight Test Engineering training courses
Instructor for flight test engineers and test conductors
Update and develop new Flight Test Processes, practices and standards as needed
Develop/modernize flight test tools
Flight test program planning and execution support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
8+ years of experience working on flight test program, preferably as a flight test engineer, test conductor, and/or test director
8+ years of experience with the principles of flight test OR experience directly supporting flight test operations
Experience supporting a military flight test program
Experience leading flight test execution in a control room environment as a test conductor and/or test director
Experience authoring test plans and test cards in support of a military flight test program
Capable of travelling as required, up to 10%
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
Preferred
Level 5: 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
