Connect operational drivers to financial performance and planning
Support annual budgets, costing, and business planning cycles
Analyze trends, production inputs, cost impacts, and operational assumptions
Work with technical teams (mine engineering, maintenance, geology) to validate data and improve planning accuracy
Support and use planning/costing systems like Xeras, SAP/BPC, and other analytical tools
Qualification
Required
Background in Mining Engineering (required)
Experience working directly in mining operations
3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or cost management
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate operational data into insights
Preferred
Exposure to costing or planning systems (Xeras strongly preferred)
