Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of managing IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology like Scaled Agile methodology, Kanban and Iterative
Preferred
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems
Certification(s) preferred: Certified Scrum Master/Certified Scrum Product Owner, KMP1, KMP2 (Kandan Certification), TFBR (Trainer Certification - optional), Agile Coaching Institute and Waterfall Methodology
Merging Agile leadership with Tax Technology domain experience to guide large-scale initiatives
Leading end-to-end delivery of Tax Technology implementations
Navigating complex Tax Technology integration and data migrations
Driving iterative delivery in enterprise environments
Facilitating Agile ceremonies including PI (Program Increment) Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops and maintaining team alignment
Supporting Product Owner in backlog management
Fostering a collaborative environment for a dynamic team
