Responsibilities

Assist the Government in directing the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures aligned to Enterprise Architecture (EA) standards and requirements
Ensure architectural traceability to enterprise strategies, requirements, and governance frameworks
Guide analysis of user requirements, workflows, system capabilities, and technical constraints to modernize and improve existing solutions
Lead development of architectural changes based on evolving mission needs and emerging technologies
Support architecture decisions across applications, APIs, data services, platforms, cloud services, and infrastructure
Evaluate solution options for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
Oversee and coordinate the work of senior-, mid-, and junior-level systems architects
Provide expert technical guidance to support enterprise modernization and integration efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or: 4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree
18+ years of experience in government or industry supporting one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Intelligence Community Program Architecture Guidance (PAG)
Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
Prior IC and/or DoD program or project experience
TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
Federated Enterprise Architecture certification (Certified Enterprise Architect)
National Defense University (NDU), College of Information and Cyberspace - Enterprise Architecture Certification
Experience supporting enterprise-scale modernization or transformation initiatives within GEOINT or IC mission environments
