The role involves communicating with stakeholders, defining user requirements for the development team, and managing project coordination throughout the product life cycle.

Responsibilities
Supports business by gathering technical requirements
Completes data process and system documentation
Leads technical communications with Product Owners and business contacts
Assists with Software Development Methodology practices including story writing, associated toolsets, etc
Manages project coordination
Performs other work as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field of study; plus four (4) or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience overseeing the design, development and implementation of software solutions, systems or products required
Effective verbal and written communication, ability to effectively present information and interact in group situations
Experience with Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with employees, customers, and other outside third parties
Experience in JIRA or similar work management tool
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, manuals, and instructions
Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Preferred
Experience in the Financial services Industry (Life, Annuity, Investments) preferred
Experience with Data oriented projects are desired
