Responsibilities
Serve as Clinical Research Coordinator within the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology/Oncology
Service Pediatric Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant clinical trials
Facilitate multiple complex trials through the protocol life cycles of activation, implementation, and closure
Responsible for the planning, organization, and conduct of multiple clinical research study protocols
Independently collect and record data, project administration, and communication with various stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Preferred
Previous clinical trial coordination experience with therapeutic Phase I, II, and III research involving drugs and/or devices in pediatric and/or oncology populations
Prior training in the conduct of common research procedures; processing biospecimens, obtaining vital signs, navigating medical records, and data extraction
Knowledge of ICH GCP, Federal Regulations and Guidelines; ability to adhere to established regulations, procedures, and protocols in practice
