Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a high volume of break‑fix support tickets within established SLAs
Perform data center hardware tasks including server installation, removal, racking, stacking, and component replacement
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures across servers, storage devices, and network equipment
Execute cabling tasks such as running, labeling, dressing, terminating, and verifying connections
Document work performed and update ticketing systems with clear, detailed notes
Follow direction from on‑site technical leadership to ensure consistent workflow and adherence to operational standards
Support both data center locations as needed
