Responsibilities
Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Provides analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Delivers informational or technical materials
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
Develops and deploys localized training content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management
3+ years of experience with project management
Preferred
Experience with schedule, logistics and project management at the Director and Vice President level
Experience working across BCA and with multiple programs
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards
Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives
