Deliver instructor-led training (online / offline / hybrid) as per RFP scope
Customize training content based on client requirements and vendor standards
Conduct hands-on sessions, demos, labs, and case studies (if applicable)
Share training plan, agenda, and learning objectives in advance
Ensure training delivery meets SLA, quality, and compliance requirements
Support assessments, evaluations, and feedback collection
Coordinate with program management and multiple vendor stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience
3+ years of training delivery experience (corporate / enterprise)
Strong subject matter expertise in respective technology/domain
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle diverse learner groups and enterprise clients
Preferred
Experience working with multivendor or RFP-based programs
