Average new agents earn $800–$1,200 per policy
Part-Time: $50K+ your first year
Full-Time: $80K–$200K+ your first year
Agency Owners: $200K–$500K+ annually in system-driven income
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal/permanent resident
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet and phone access
Preferred
Life insurance license preferred but not required (training and licensing support provided)
Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
