Responsibilities

Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle for national accounts, from initial outreach and discovery through to negotiation, closing, and internal handoff
Consistently meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue (RMR) goals and pipeline growth
Develop and deliver comprehensive Monthly Account Plans (MAPs) to executive leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
Create data-driven site-level and enterprise-wide business cases to demonstrate value and mitigate risk for complex organizations
Lead and coordinate internal resources, including Regional Account Executives and development managers, to execute unified account strategies
Navigate and influence complex, multi-layered customer organizations by building relationships at all levels of leadership
Maintain high relationship health scores (ARPEDIO) and partner with service teams to ensure portfolio utilization rates exceed 80%
Maintain expert-level Salesforce hygiene and leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and AI platforms to drive data-backed prospecting
Represent the company in high-stakes briefings and negotiations, using strong business acumen to earn trust with C-suite stakeholders
Execute a rigorous schedule of in-person meetings, virtual business reviews, and daily prospecting to ensure consistent deal velocity

Required

Possession of 'ultra-high performance' standards, emotional intelligence, and a commanding executive presence
At least 2 years of related outside sales or enterprise account management experience (or equivalent combination)

Display high performance standards, emotional intelligence, and a commanding executive presence
Operating with urgency and maintaining a rigorous cadence of business reviews and stakeholder connections
