Responsibilities
Own tactical day-to-day management of 3rd party tooling support in accordance with established policies and governance standards
Collaborate internally with lead Software Business Manager while gaining knowledge from peers and managers to understand how to build a network
Execute assigned project tasks under guidance, while maintaining accountability for individual deliverables
Independently create status updates, reports, and documentation to support project tracking and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Administration or Project Coordination role
Minimum 2 years of experience with Client software and tools (e.g., Teams, MSFT Entra ID, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
Preferred
Previous experience with Client or matrixed organization
At least one year's experience with supporting as an Admin for third-party tools like Slack, Linear, Github
Project Management Training or Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.)
