Soc/Clin Research Specialist - Contributing

Assisting with research protocol development
Participant recruitment and retention
IRB preparation and submission
Data collection and management
Driving participant recruitment strategies
Serving as a liaison with community and clinic partners
Carrying out human subjects research tasks such as consenting participants
Administering assessments and questionnaires
Ensuring standardized procedures and quality control are maintained
Data entry
Data cleaning
Database maintenance
Assisting with preparation of regulatory documents, presentations, and reports
Training and supporting undergraduate research assistants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned
One year of related training or experience
Equivalent combination of training and experience
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Preferred
Research experience with people experiencing psychosis
Demonstrated interest in promoting recovery from serious mental illnesses
