Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to assess and translate operational needs into Oracle system requirements
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle modules to improve performance and functionality
Support system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and new module implementations
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation or improved workflow efficiency
Develop detailed documentation including system configurations, process flows, and training materials
Assist with data validation, testing strategies, and quality assurance activities
Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and user training when needed
Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Oracle capabilities with business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as an Oracle Consultant or Oracle Business Analyst
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials
Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into system solutions
Understanding of Oracle ERP integrations, workflows, and reporting tools
Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred
Experience in full‑cycle Oracle implementations or major upgrade projects
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
Familiarity with API integrations, dashboards, or BI reporting tools
Project management or change‑management experience
