Responsibilities
Manage and oversee tax compliance processes for S-Corps, partnerships, and individual accounts
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize liabilities
Review and prepare federal and state tax returns and ensure accuracy
Conduct tax research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations
Mentor and train junior staff in tax-related matters
Communicate complex tax concepts to clients and provide strategic advice
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax consulting
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of taxation for S-Corps, partnerships, and individual accounts
