Fabletics is currently looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Intern to support their holistic approach to D&I, focusing on workforce, workplace, and marketplace. The Intern will assist with various tasks related to diversity and inclusion initiatives while gaining insights into different departments within Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Assists with drafting diversity and inclusion communications, presentations, event flyers and reference documents

Provides administrative support for Fabletics’ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), reviews ERG event proposals, communications/flyers

Manages ERG budgets

Maintains ERG process documents, handbook and reference guides

Provide support for D&I creative initiatives

Conduct D&I Task Force meetings

Leads virtual and in-person events

Partners with stakeholders to execute event logistics around ERGs

Connects with external organizations to establish mutually beneficial relationships

Required

Studying to receive a Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, etc.)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is encouraged

Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills

YOU MUST BE A RISING JUNIOR OR RISING SENIOR (graduating in 2027 or 2028) UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT ENROLLED AT AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS INTERNSHIP
