Required

Strong understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail

Preferred

Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
