Customer Service Specialist

Managing customer interactions via phone and email
Addressing concerns regarding orders and shipments
Collaborating with internal teams
Maintaining a thorough understanding of products and services offered to deliver personalized solutions
Maintaining professionalism and upholding customer experience standards
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to deliver professional and effective interactions with customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel and Word and Microsoft email) is required
We use Acumatica as our main customer software
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
College or Tech School degree is a plus; additional qualifications in business or relevant fields desired
