Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services
Qualify inbound inquiries and identify prospects that match our target customer profile
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to pursue further discussions
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM software such as Salesforce

Qualification

Telemarketing experienceCRM software proficiencyNegotiation skillsCustomer service orientationCommunication skills

Required

Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call-center sales
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking leads and activities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence
Customer service orientation with a knack for building rapport quickly
