The role involves evaluating and mitigating water, fire, and mold damage in residential structures, while ensuring efficient and safe execution of restoration services.

Responsibilities
Perform emergency board up, water extraction, water damage mitigation and mold remediation
Assist in demolition and prepare areas/rooms for work activities and equipment
Execute fire damage mitigation services efficiently and safely
Perform heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing debris
Interface compassionately with clients and relay information to the Lead/Project Manager/ Superintendent
Assist with functions outside of mitigation (picking up and delivering materials, performing Matterport scans, etc.) depending on job volume
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in restoration required
Ability to perform in this physically demanding position where you will lift equipment weighing 100+lbs
Must be able to work on ladders and tall areas, in confined and tight areas, as well as perform in extreme heat, humidity, and cold weather
Preferred
Carpet cleaning experience a plus!
IICRC Water Certification preferred, additional certifications such as Fire, Mold, etc. a plus!
