Responsibilities
Independently review title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports for commercial properties
Prepare and distribute title comment memos to relevant parties
Coordinate directly with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants
Organize transactions involving multiple properties and manage comprehensive deal files
Assist with the drafting of loan documents
Work with closing teams to organize large deal closing binders
Address specific client needs, including electronic document submission
Assist with miscellaneous projects assigned by practice group leadership or attorneys
Foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation within the department
Perform all other duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the firm
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal with specific skills in title, survey, and zoning report review
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
