Responsibilities
The troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the real time communications platforms, supporting services and dependencies
Performing Security Administration tasks, such as certificate renewals on a periodic basis in line with agreed services levels
Performing disaster recovery testing on periodic basis in line with agreed services levels
Patching, maintenance and remediation on the Real Time Communications platform and supporting services
Providing efficient effective and timely support to compliance and legal surveillance activities
Qualification
Required
Experience with meeting room devices (Cisco CUCM and end points, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Pexip)
Experience with digital signage (TriplePlay)
Experience with print services (LRS, HPO WebIet admin)
Experience with end user peripherals (monitors, headsets, etc.)
Experience with server administration, Windows, Linux, and networking
Experience with AV systems and real-time media products, such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Zoom, and AV endpoints
Troubleshooting and resolution of issues with real-time communications platforms
Performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals
Performing disaster recovery testing
Patching, maintenance, and remediation on the Real Time Communications platform
Providing support to compliance and legal surveillance activities
