Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

Researching, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants for assigned open requisitions
Partnering with leadership to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs of each department
Providing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on sourcing candidates to fill open roles, cultivating a best-in-class experience for candidates, applicants, and new hires, and developing an ongoing strong talent pipeline
Consulting with hiring managers on the hiring process and developing strategic sourcing plans to ensure the successful recruitment of qualified candidates
Identifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labor market, competition, and external talent
Effectively utilizing outbound recruitment tools and resources used for sourcing and recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, career fairs, etc.)
Developing and leveraging networking relationships to source exceptional quality and diverse talent which provides a good fit for the Company culture
Creating and distributing regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for assigned requisitions
Partnering closely with hiring managers in the recruitment, sourcing, and selection plans for their specified business group(s)
Developing and updating staffing priorities as needed for each group
Working closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job offers with compensation structures, best practices, and Company policies
Accurately and confidentially maintaining HRIS system records and other sensitive Company and employee data
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies relevant to the industry and staying abreast of progressive talent acquisition-related approaches

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
In-depth knowledge of US employment laws such as affirmative action planning and other federal and state employment laws, and related processes
Experience using technical tools such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Strong business acumen, customer service skills, and experience partnering with senior leaders in a high-growth, process-oriented business setting
Strong skills in developing sound recommendations for management decision-making, especially related to staffing decisions
Highly effective verbal communicator and collaborator, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and cross-functionally
Prominent level of integrity and leadership in employee engagement
Excellent written communication skills, including high-quality documentation and report preparation
Superior listening, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict management and persuasion skills, and the ability to influence employees at all levels, including senior management
Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex problems with strategic thinking skills and detail orientation, and to drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
Strong continuous improvement and process orientation
