Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project management of marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring work is planned, executed, and delivered on time and to Zeta’s quality bar
Design and implement seamless, effective, and scalable operational processes by identifying areas of improvement, refining processes, and staying current on project management and AI-enabled workflow tools
Translate campaign goals into clear, executable project plans by breaking work into actionable tasks with defined owners, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
Partner closely with creative, content, and marketing leads to drive end-to-end execution of creative projects, tracking progress, risks, and bottlenecks and proactively solving issues to keep work on schedule
Serve as the Asana expert and day-to-day owner, building and maintaining workflows, timelines, dependencies, and dashboards
Build and maintain strong operational systems, including asset organization, documentation, naming conventions, and process playbooks
Run regular production and status meetings that drive accountability and follow-through, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and ideas from all levels of the organization, integrating diverse perspectives into strategic planning and scaling efforts
Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of hands-on project management experience driving complex creative and marketing initiatives from concept through execution
demonstrated track record of operational excellence
