Responsibilities
Own our Agent Builder Experience and help users of all technical levels harness frontier intelligence
Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code and product quality strategy
Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers’ most complex and bleeding edge problems
Mentor junior engineers and continue raising our bar for engineering excellence
Take end-to-end ownership of our core products. We currently build with the following, but are not precious about specific technologies and instead care about whatever it takes to get the job done:
Frontend: React, Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind
Backend: Typescript, Temporal, NextJS, Gel/PostgreSQL
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong frontend-focused engineering skills
Experience with React, React Native, and TypeScript
Ability to engage directly with customers and solve complex problems
Mentoring experience with junior engineers
High ownership of projects and outcomes
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Customer-focused mindset
Interest in Agentic AI & LLM applications
Eagerness to join the mission of bringing Frontier Intelligence to important industries
Coding proficiency and passion for software development
