Manager Learning Operations

Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operational management of learning programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, facilitator coordination, and technology enablement
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of onboarding, compliance training, and development programs across multiple business units
Manage logistics for virtual and onsite training events, including platform setup, participant communications, and post-session evaluations
Maintain and optimize learning calendars, registration processes, and reporting dashboards to ensure transparency and efficiency
Monitor program execution for adherence to quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements
Ensure accurate integration of learning plans with HealthStream LMS, to generate learning records aligned to required/recommended curriculum
Track and report compliance metrics, learner engagement, and completion rates to leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational aspects of learning programs, ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Socialize program schedules, delivery updates, and performance metrics with leadership teams
Actively gather feedback from learners and sponsors to identify opportunities for improvement
Analyze program performance data (attendance, evaluations, knowledge transfer) to identify trends and recommend enhancements
Implement process improvements to streamline delivery and improve learner experience
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Provide guidance and oversight to team members or vendor partners supporting program delivery
Ensure alignment of third-party services with HealthTrust standards and objectives
Maintain project plans, operational workflows, and status reports
Support annual Learning & Development Plan execution and contribute to strategic planning discussions

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree - Required
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience; 5 years working in corporate learning, organizational development, or training preferred. - Required
Experience with design, development, and delivery of staff or employee training. - Required
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment - Required
Adaptable and able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity - Required
Preferred
Experience in a “matrix reporting” environment - Preferred
