Supervises department staff to ensure daily deadlines are met
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision-making
Upholds highest customer satisfaction and the ability to make sound decisions
Displays leadership qualities by maintaining positive attitude and influencing others and seeks better methods to improve the overall work area
Develops department staff and cross train in different areas of the department to support job roles as needed
Reviews and approves employee’s time clock exception timely to avoid possible delays or misprocessing
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a high school education or GED equivalent
5 years of backroom banking processing knowledge
Supervises department staff to ensure daily deadlines are met
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision-making
