1+ years expParallon is a leading provider of revenue cycle management services for HCA Healthcare. They are seeking an Open Accounts Receivable Analyst to perform account follow-up and resolution of insurance payments, ensuring high quality and efficient patient care.

Responsibilities
Resolve claim processing delays for various United Healthcare products including HMO, PPO, Medicaid, Medicare, Auto and Workers’ Compensation
Effectively utilize ERA payment information to identify trends and make recommendations
Articulate any payment delays to representatives from healthcare payer companies
Contact payer companies via phone or correspondence and initiates request for payment
Fulfil requests from payer companies to expedite payments
Escalate Payer lack of response and/or lack of payment within Payer organization as appropriate
Overcome objections that prevent payment of the claim and gain commitment for payment through concise and effective argument
Identify problem accounts/processes/trends and escalate as appropriate
Utilize effective documentation standards that support a strong historical record of actions taken on the account
Identifies Payer trends and communicates trends to supervisor for further action/escalation
Serve as the centralized contact for all UHC Unpaid inquiries
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
A minimum of 1 year healthcare experience in the revenue cycle is required
Preferred
3 years' experience and a knowledge of insurance is desired
