Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact with clients via phone, email, and chat
Qualify technical issues and open workorders as needed
Triage, monitor, and escalate workorders to ensure timely resolution
Provide status updates and reports to management
Perform inventory tracking of IT assets and generate related reports
Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, invoicing support, and marketing event preparation
Support office operations and IT team workflow to maintain efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, MS Teams)
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Tech-savvy with a desire to grow a career in IT
