Create original product designs or refresh existing products with supervision from Design leadership
Execute base track and more long track design solutions (broad range of product price points and model types)
Active and proficient participant in the creative process and cross functional communication
Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences
Collaborate and communicate cross functionally with key partners
Qualification
Required
BA/BFA/MA/MFA preferred
Associate Degree preferred
Preferred design experience: 5-7 years
Creative experience (consumer/segment/dimensions)
Knowledge of creative culture
Digital design acumen (design based software needed: Creative Suite)
Expert of make and manufacturing
Proficient presentation & communication skills
Proficient design skills, brief to presentation to manufacturing
Proficient creative process
