The designer will collaborate closely with a small team and handle sensitive information while executing design work using Adobe tools.

Responsibilities
Support seasonal product design initiatives related to basketball uniforms and travel systems
Collaborate closely with a direct team of 4–5 designers and cross-functional partners
Execute design work using Adobe design tools and presentation software
Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate designs based on direction received
Maintain confidentiality across all projects and internal processes
Ensure designs stay within defined budget parameters
Contribute to material creation and apparel construction discussions where applicable
Support occasional domestic travel as required for business needs
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in a Product Design role
Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator
Working proficiency in Photoshop
Experience using Keynote for presentations
Highly collaborative working style
Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset with flexibility and agility in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with CLO (3D apparel design software)
Deep understanding of material creation and apparel construction
Experience managing or designing within budget constraints
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
