Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce costs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Oversee budgeting processes, monitoring expenditures, and financial performance
Ensure quality assurance protocols are followed across all operations to maintain high standards
Collaborate with mechanical contracting teams to align operational goals with client expectations
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and stakeholders

Required
