This role focuses on leading global fundraising efforts, leveraging existing relationships, and executing structured sales outreach to raise significant capital from international investors.

Responsibilities
Lead global EB-5 fundraising efforts with clear capital raise targets in the tens of millions of dollars
Leverage and expand existing relationships with: Immigration agents and migration firms, Immigration attorneys and EB-5 advisors, Family offices and high-net-worth investor networks
Personally close EB-5 investors, not just manage relationships
Develop and execute process-driven sales outreach, including: Agent onboarding and activation, Market-specific fundraising strategies, Event, roadshow, and site-visit coordination
Work closely with leadership, legal, and marketing teams to position EB-5 offerings effectively
Provide market intelligence and feedback on investor sentiment, pricing, and project positioning
Represent the firm internationally at conferences, private events, and agent meetings
Maintain strict compliance with EB-5, securities, and marketing regulations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of direct EB-5 industry experience (regional center, developer, immigration law firm, or EB-5 advisory)
Demonstrated track record of successfully raising EB-5 capital
Existing, active relationships with global immigration agents and EB-5 attorneys
Strong understanding of: EB-5 program mechanics and compliance, Real estate development and project finance, Investment risk analysis and investor concerns
Proven ability to close high-net-worth investors
Highly organized and process-oriented approach to sales and follow-up
Comfortable working independently and owning results
Willing and able to travel internationally for extended periods
Preferred
Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Arabic, etc.) are a strong plus
