The role focuses on building a scalable sales framework, defining customer development paths, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments to support market expansion and business launch.

Responsibilities

Design a sales strategy framework that can be directly implemented before the company officially launches operations
Define customer development paths, sales processes, key milestones, and incentive mechanisms
Ensure the system is not just "well-designed," but "ready to run from day one."
Translate company strategy and product planning into actionable market and sales launch plans
Define sales targets, resource allocation, and market expansion rhythm
Quickly identify and adjust any flaws in sales strategies or processes during the initial launch phase
Participate in the design of the sales organizational structure and job boundaries
Promote collaboration among product, operations, finance, and other functional departments before business launch
Deeply participate in... Planning and implementation of core systems such as CRM, sales data analysis, and incentive management
Ensuring that system logic is highly aligned with the sales model
Defining key sales indicators (KPIs) for the company's early stages
Establishing mechanisms for sales review, evaluation, and continuous optimization

Required

Able to clearly explain which market and customer problems cannot wait until the business starts to be addressed
Able to make market and customer decisions with limited information and within clear time windows
Able to collaborate deeply with the founding team, rather than merely acting as an executor
